Who knew that foods could effect your hair girls? Well apparently they can! In order to keep your hair in perfect condition you have to be careful with your diet.

There are some foods you need to avoid and replace them with fruit or vegetables. The reason for this is - to ensure that the hair that is forming beneath the surface of your scalp is healthy. Try to avoid too many sweets, chocolate, cakes and biscuits. As tasty as they are, they don't help your hair.

Are you having hair problems at home and would you like some regular, easy tips? We're here to help you. We  are going to be bringing you a series of different hair care tips which you can do in the comfort of your own home. 

So do you love silky, glossy hair? We have a little tip for you to add that extra shine. After you have dried your hair and it is completely dry, finish it off with a cool blast of air to seal the cuticle. The reason for this - If the cuticles are ragged, there is no shine!

Hair Sensation is looking for a fully qualified stylist to work on a Thursday and a Saturday. We are located in Westpoint Gym Blanchardstown. We need someone fresh and funky who can work alongside the girls in salon. Someone who can also do upstyling would be ideal.

Do you want locks like Kim Kardashian? Of course you do, everyone does! We love her hair, it's huge on the lust list. We've just found some little tips and tricks that Kim shared about her own hair as her fans were all dying to know.

She has revealed that she's not the beat at curling her own hair, so her hair stylist would many do it for her but fear not, we'll share some tricks with you of how to get the Kim K curls or some in salon and we'll do it for you! She has told us all though how she likes to use volumising or root boosting spray in her hair before she teases (lightly backcombs) her roots to add some height.
